8 x Mini Tortilla Wraps
8 x Magic Taste Sweet Chilli Tenders
3 Cups Lettuce (chopped)
2 Cups Purple Cabbage (finely sliced)
1 Cup Carrot (finely sliced)
1 Cup Kale (chopped)
½ Cup Celery (finely sliced)
½ Cup Beetroot (finely sliced)
Caeser Dressing
1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
½ Cup Mayonnaise
1 tsp Crushed Garlic
2 tsp Capers
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
¼ tsp White Vinegar
Preheat the oven to 180C. Place tenders onto a parchment lined baking tray. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until cooked through.
Meanwhile; for the sauce, add all ingredients to blender. Blend until smooth.
When ready to serve, assemble each tortilla with a selection of chopped veggies, tenders and drizzle generously with caeser dressing. Enjoy!
