Chicken Schnitzel Burger

Preheat oil to 180°C and deep fry frozen schnitzels for 4-5 minutes or until crumb is golden brown in colour. Set aside.

Cut burger buns in half and place slice of cheese on bottom half.

Place cooked schnitzel on top of cheese and layer with mayonnaise, tomato and lettuce.

Drizzle extra mayonnaise onto lettuce if desired.

Add top half of the bun.

Serve with a side potato fries.
