Cooking Instructions

Oven – From Frozen
Pre-heat oven to 200°C (180°C fan forced).
Line oven tray with grease proof paper and place frozen chicken tenders in oven. Cook for approx 17-20 minutes until cooked through and golden brown, turn halfway through.
